Delivery Information

We are constantly working on improving our delivery methods and lowering delivery costs. Find below information on our delivery service.

Click & Collect (free)

We offer a free click and collect service from our warehouse in Northumberland. Just find your perfect flooring, add it to your basket, and then select Click & Collect in the checkout.

Click and collect orders are usually available 2-4 working days after your order is placed. Please wait for an email confirming that your order is ready for collection and bring it with you when you arrive - Do not turn-up before you receive confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

• Click & Collect Location: Unit 2C Poplar Court, North Nelson Industrial Estate, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 1WR.
• Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm. Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm.

UK Mainland Delivery

Standard delivery on our website is to mainland UK only. This excludes Northern Ireland and other remote areas (such as the following post codes PO30 – PO40, PA20 – PA78, PH, IV, KW, ZE, HS, GY, JE). Floorjoy Limited reserves the right to cancel any orders that are placed for delivery to locations out of our definition of mainland UK.

Delivery Times: We store a large number of products at our Northumberland warehouse but as we work with many brands (with thousands of products) some items are required to be produced or delivered to us by the supplier before being sent to the customer. Find out our delivery times below:

• Mainland UK Delivery = 3-5 business days - This is for products we have access to immediately after your order, this covers 70%+ of our product range.
• Mainland UK Delivery = 5-10 business days - This is for products supplied by medium-sized brands. The additional time is due to their process of producing and getting products to us.
• Mainland UK Delivery = 8-15 business days - This is for products supplied by niche brands. The additional time is due to their process of producing and getting products to us.

The customer will be notified before placing an order of the estimated delivery times.

Delivery Costs: Our delivery costs are simple:

• £60 delivery charge for orders under £350.00.
• Free delivery for orders of £350.00 or more.

Signed Delivery: All of our deliveries require a signature.

Other Delivery Locations

We can deliver to Northern Ireland and other remote areas (such as the following post codes PO30 – PO40, PA20 – PA78, PH, IV, KW, ZE, HS, GY, JE) for an additional charge - Please contact us to place an order and arrange delivery to one of the areas above.

Local Delivery (trial)

We are currently trialling our new local delivery offering, which allows us to deliver our products to locations within a 20 mile radius of our Northumberland warehouse (NE23 1WR) at a lower cost. This option is currently not available on our website but we may contact customers to offer this service, if their delivery location fits the required criteria.
